Delivery time frame is 7-28 working days.

During busy periods, processing/deliveries may take a little longer.

Orders will automatically be sent to the provided address on the order. 

Address errors can cause delays so please be mindful of the address you are providing. 

Address errors are not eligible for a refund.

If delivery is refused or not accepted by the customer, we will refund the item price once returned, minus any return costs and courier return fees.
